About pricing
Do you charge for Eli AI?
No. Eli AI is included in every licence, with no tokens, credits or usage charges.
Who qualifies for charity pricing?
Registered charities, with proof of status at contracting. If you are a community interest company or another not-for-profit advice service, talk to us.
What is included in implementation?
Data migration, configuration, training and daily check-ins for the first week after go-live. Implementation is free for registered charities.
How do open banking and credit checks work?
Each tier includes a monthly allowance of checks. Above that, an open banking check is £1.50, a credit report £1.00, or £2.00 for both together. High volumes above 5,000 combined checks a month are £1.70.
Can we start with a pilot?
Yes. We run paid pilots and proof-of-value projects scoped around one service line, with clear success measures agreed up front.
Are prices fixed for the contract?
Annual licences are invoiced in advance. From year two, prices rise in line with CPI plus a small fixed percentage, set out in your contract. Prices exclude VAT.
