EliConnect
Casework, the client's own portal, a true money picture and evidence of outcomes, in one place. Built with UK debt advisers and designed around the MaPS Standards, CONC 8 and the Consumer Duty.

Everything around the case, in one record
Each feature carries its current status, so you know what you can use today.
Casework and workflows
Client records, case timelines, tasks and notes, with workflow templates for advice charities, food banks, housing and grants. Compliance steps sit inside the workflow.
Client portal
People register themselves, share documents, see their progress and message their adviser, so fewer drop out between appointments.
Open banking and credit data
Consented bank data and credit reports through AperiData, with Moneyhub and Experian, mapped into Standard Financial Statement categories.
Eli AI for advisers
Case summaries, suggested next steps and draft letters for the adviser to check. Included in the licence with no usage charges.
Referrals and reporting
Referrals in and out, outcome tracking, case audit and QA sampling, and data export for funders and boards.
Connect: SMS, voice and video
Text, call and meet clients from inside the case record, with transcripts and a full audit trail. Sold as optional packs.
Tracked confirmation of advice
A layered digital record with action acknowledgements and reading telemetry, replacing the posted letter.
Consumer Duty board pack
Outcome reporting for managers, boards and governance, shaped with housing money advice teams. Planned for early 2027.
A record people can actually use
The MaPS Standards Toolkit (Standard 4m) asks for a concise summary, plain language and easy navigation, with a prompt to confirm understanding when advice is shown digitally. FCA rules from January 2026 make electronic delivery the default.
- Actions first, each with an "I understand what I need to do" button
- A readability meter shows advisers the reading grade of every block as they write
- Every version is kept unchanged and can be downloaded as a PDF, and paper is still available on request
- Advisers see what was opened and acknowledged, with prompts when actions stall
Measured October 2026 on a partner's live blank template. Nothing legally required was removed.
Three ways in, one record, no double entry
Clients can connect their bank, upload a statement, or type figures in, in any mix. Duplicates are caught, and cash spending gets its own prompt because it never appears on a statement.
Advisers see where every figure came from: bank, statement, cash, client or adviser. That matters under MaPS Standard 4g, which requires an accurate Standard Financial Statement.
Open banking access is read-only and lasts 90 days. Eli cannot move money or change anything in the account.
AI prepares. A person decides.
Used well, AI clears the admin so skilled advisers can spend their time with people. These are the rules we build to.
Augment, never automate the judgement
Eli AI drafts and suggests. Advisers check, change and sign off. Nothing reaches a client without a person.
Not trained on your clients
Client conversations are not used to train AI models, and sensitive details are kept out of AI prompts.
Every step on the record
AI-assisted steps are logged and reviewable, the same standard boards are held to.
Included in the price
No tokens, credits or surprise usage bills. Eli AI is part of the licence.
Live in weeks, sized to you
The clock starts when your data, decisions and people are ready, not when you sign. That is what makes the timelines real.
| Track | Typical organisation | Time to go live |
|---|---|---|
| Standard | Food bank, small advice charity, one service line, template workflows | 4 working weeks |
| Complex | Several service lines, custom workflows, larger migration | 6 to 8 weeks |
| Enterprise | National or multi-site services, integrations, phased roll-out | 8 to 12 weeks |
Includes data migration, configuration, training and five days of daily check-ins after go-live. Implementation is free for registered charities.
Is EliConnect a CRM?
It does what a case management system does, and more. EliConnect also includes the client-facing portal, open banking and credit data, a tracked confirmation of advice and outcome reporting, so the person, the adviser and the organisations they owe work from one record.
Does Eli AI make advice decisions?
No. Eli AI summarises cases, suggests options and drafts documents for an adviser to check. A trained adviser always decides. Client conversations are not used to train AI models.
Can we move our existing records across?
Yes. We have migrated live clients from AdvicePro and from Monday.com. We use an automated extraction tool, so the effort depends on how clean your data is rather than how much of it there is.
Does it work alongside our existing systems?
Yes. Professional and Enterprise tiers include API access and webhooks, and Enterprise includes custom integrations. Many organisations start by running EliConnect for one service line.
